Dmitry Mamzeliev is responsible for development and delivery of Visa’s Core products – Premium, Credit & Commercial and linked services across Commonwealth of Independent States and South East Europe (CIS and SEE) region (except Russia) (CIS & SEE).
Dmitry Mamzeliev joined Visa in 2011 as a member of Business Development Team. He was in charge of the daily business support for a number of Ukrainian banks. During this time he successfully managed a lot of projects, including the launch of the first Visa payWave acquire in Ukraine, and X-border projects with numerous banks etc.
Prior to Visa Dmitry worked at JSB Pivdennyi bank where he held the position of Deputy Head of payment cards department for seven years.
Mr. Mamzelev holds a Master’s Degree from Odessa State Economic University and Doctor’s degree from the Academy of Science of Ukraine.
